an okay experience overall.

i had air conditioning that i adjusted easily. the balcony gave me a nice view. the staff was friendly and available when i needed something.
the price felt high for what i got. the room felt small! the shower head swiveled towards the wall. it made showering difficult.

Ricardo at the bar gave US helpful information about the city. He suggested a locally brewed beer. I appreciate this personal touch. The balconies offer GREAT views of mountains. The McDonalds next door is convenient and does not smell inside the hotel. NICE!

Pyramid Stay, Solid Value!

The bus stop is right outside. Transportation to Oldtown was easy. I noticed bus lines 10, 11, and 12 go directly from the main station. This only took about seven minutes. Both rooms came with a balcony. This was a super plus for me. I could see a service station, supermarket, and fast food places from here.
I noticed the layout of the room. There was a door between mine and the neighboring room, but it wasnt locked.

The hotel location includes convenient access for daily needs. A fuel station, Migros supermarket, KFC, and McDonald's are all nearby. This made quick errands very simple, especially with kids.

The hotel location near public transport is awesome. The bus stops directly in front of the building. This made getting around easy. Reaching the main station was quick, because the bus trip was short.

The room included a balcony, a nice bonus. i appreciated the proximity to bus lines into the city center. the room was as expected and good value for money. It wasn't overly luxurious but met my needs, i got a room upgrade i didn't request. but it was a nice surprise
the cost of the room felt disproportionately high for the amenities offered. there was no kettle or complimentary water provided.

a haven in the alps..
helpful staff free bus easy access
pavi at the reception desk was an absolute gem! he thoroughly explained everything, our comfort. the free bus passes made exploring so easy, great to hop on and off at will. the bus stop right outside the door provided easy access to the whole town.
the lack of coffee facilities in the room was a slight disappointment.

The room was quite clean. i liked the comfortable beds in the room. staffs were respectful and well mannered. I found this quite helpful. there was a bus stop close to the location.
The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor. our room had no elevator access. We had to use the stairs, and this was inconvenient, but it was only one flight.
